Uszer (Asher) was a childhood friend. He was intelligent, caring, and sensitive to others' needs. I feel impelled to correct the biography. He did not emigrate from Ellis Island to Rochester, New York. He grew up in Denver, Colorado, and as an adult had an illustrious career with Eastman Kodak in Rochester.

We will remember Asher for his incredible sense of humor. He had a joke for everything. You could challenge him with a subject and he would always have at least one appropriate joke. His jokes were a reflection of his brilliant mind and his talent for trying to bring humor and good cheer to his friends.

Asher was indeed a role model and inspiration, My sympathy and empathy to all of the Teigmans and the many who cared and respected them...I can't imagine how difficult it must be to lose 2 loved ones in such a short time. Of course, our current Pandemic does not allow the family to mourn in traditional ways. So know that so many admire the way you all loved and cared for each other for so many years of difficult times. You are a wonderful caring family.

Dear Tzippy & family,
I'm so very sorry about Asher - especially for this to have happened 3 weeks after you lost your mom in this time of social distancing... Loo and I wish we could come over and hug you,,,
Asher was always so upbeat - even as his Parkinson's worsened... He never let it define him... He was an inspiration to my Jonathan, of blessed memory.
May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem...
With sympathy & friendship,
Bonnie
