Obituary of Myron S. Silver

On August 31, 2019 at age 96. Married for 42 years to his wife, Helen K. Silver who passed July 10, 1987. Survived by his beloved partner of 32 years, Rivka Chatman; two sisters, Zetta Fradin and Geraldine Lederman; four children, Jeffrey Silver (Anne), Mitchell Silver (Linda Culliton), Rafael Silver (Marta Regina) & Barbara Silver-Shumway (Charles Shumway); Marc, Andy & Wendy Chatman; grandchildren, Rachel Silver (Joe Chung), Adam Hess, Aaron Jacob Silver, Akiva Silver, Benjamin Silver, Zach Shumway, Daniel Silver, Hilah Silver, Noah Shumway, Yael Silver, Helana Shumway, Jillian Silver, Samuel Silver, Ally D'Antonio, Carly D'Antonio & Rocky D'Antonio; great-grandchildren, Forest, Cyrus & Oren Silver; nieces and nephews.
 

Founder of the Continental School of Beauty and long-time board member and past President of the Jewish Home of Rochester and dedicated contributor for over 60 years.
 

Interment will be held privately. A period of mourning will be observed TUESDAY, 12-3 PM & 7-9 PM and WEDNESDAY, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at 2977 Clover Street, Pittsford, 14534 VIEW MAP.
