I can't tell you how hearing this news has devastated me. Ita and I have known each other forever, first teaching my children, then teaching at TBE long before and long after I was principal. She was a wonderful teacher, a true friend, a great mother, a doting wife, and a proud grandmother. May we all be blessed with the wonderful memories Ita left us. My deepest condolences to Howard, Iris, Nili, and all the family.

I got to know Ita at the Jewish Home while she was working at the gift shop. I always made a point to have a good - even if quick- visit with her, and I became very fond of her. May G-d comfort you all among the the other mourners of Tzion and Yerushalayim.
