Obituary of Richard B. Cowen
February 25, 2019 at age 69. Survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Randi (Dr. Randi Joffe); loving children, David (Rachel McNevin) & Lauren (Michael Kiefer) Cowen; mother, Alma; sister, Laurie (James) Wunderle; brother-in-law, Steve (Nancy) Joffe; nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his father, Raymond.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 1 PM in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park. Click here for directions to the cemetery.
