Rubenstein, Dr. Gerald Rochester, NY: August 23, 2007. Predeceased by his sister, Ruth. Beloved husband of Eve, father of Jennifer and Heather, nephew of Willie and Esther Glazer. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews friend and compadr to so many more. Companion of Pema, Bowdoin and Beshert. A lover of words, music and the outdoors. A proud native of Brooklyn, NY, he made a great stir fry. A psychologist in private practice and professor at the University of Rochester, where he taught and learned the secrets of "Every Man". A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, 3 PM at Temple Sinai (363 Penfield Rd.). Map to Temple Sinai Interment, private. Shiva, a period of mourning, will be observed Sunday, 5-7 PM, Monday-Thursday, 6-9 PM at the family home (1764 East River Road, Rochester). Map to house of mourning.
