Obituary of R. Craig George

February 9, 2017, a couple weeks shy of his 71st birthday, He is predeceased by his father Proctor George & sister Doreen Helsher. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sarada; children Isabel (Barry) Humphrey, Laura Prakel-George, Erica & Daniel (Holly) George; grandchildren Gwynneth, Amanda, Ethan, Jackson, Colby & Grant; mother Marjorie George; sisters Kathi (Pat) Wolcott & Debbie (Doug) Roberts; nieces & nephews and friends who are family. Craig worked for Harris Corporation. He was active in Temple B'rith Kodesh, the Rochester Astronomy Society & for over 40 years with International Folk Dancing. He was a Vietnam era veteran. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 11 AM at Temple B'rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Ave.) Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the Adult Lounge & Wednesday & Thursday from 7-9 PM in the Atrium of Temple B'rith Kodesh. Donations may be made to Temple B'rith Kodesh, Visiting Nurse Service-Hospice or Journey Home in his memory.
