We know that death is inevitable, but when it happens to someone we care about, it always seems to catch us off guard, and tie our tongues in knots.. We are so very sorry for your loss.

We are here for you.
You are an amazing family and a wonderful community. We are so sad to lose Craig. Me and my neices have such fond memories. I know a little bit of Craig had rubbed off on all of us. He had touched many with his gentle loving intelligent wit and playfulness. You are being such a supportive loving family to him. I know he is loved beyond measure.
Sending our love, Woody, Stephanie and Erin.

“Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave bereft
I am not there. I have not left.”

Craig was always a bright and chipper being, full of joy and curiousity. I'll always remember seeing him at my trombone recitals full of energy and smiles; always asking how everything worked. I remember chatting with him about silly things on my visits to Rochester from Phoenix; like Doctor Who and Harry Potter, and I'll miss those chats and think of them happily, like I will Craig. My condolences go out to my family in New York and Arizona, and I hope that they also find comfort in the happy memories we all have with Craig.

You were one of the best people I have had the joy of knowing. You were so kind, intelligent, and compassionate. The world is a little less nice without you in it, and we will remember you forever as a beautiful soul. I wish I could be there to say my goodbyes, but, alas, that is the way of things. You touched so many people during your life, and I hope that everyone who knew you is able to find solace during this difficult time of missing you. Rest easy, and I hope wherever your spirit is, it knows how much you were loved.

Death Is Nothing At All by By Harry Scott-Holland
Death is nothing at all.
It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Nothing has happened.
Everything remains exactly as it was.
I am I, and you are you,
and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name.
Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval,
somewhere very near,
just round the corner.
All is well.
Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!

Dear Sarada and family;
How sad I feel and have felt sad Craig became ill. What a bright jewel he was (Sarada too) so full of life and adventure, dance and joy. My dad passed away just after turning 71, it is so hard. Craig was a highlight to so many people, You will not be alone because you are in our thoughts, hearts and wish we could be there to give hugs. Sincerely, Carol
