Obituary of Esten Coan
Passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018, at the age of 88. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Lola Coan; parents, Birdie and Milton Coan; and brothers, Sidney Coan and Marvin Coan. Survived by his devoted children, Wendy Coan Ragsdale and Steven (Janine) Coan; adored grandchildren, Max, Jake & Rubi Platt and Rachel & Joshua Coan; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Esten was a retired pharmacist and was beloved by everyone who met him.
The family would like to recognize the amazing and compassionate staff at Strong Memorial Hospital's Palliative Care Unit for the care Esten received.
Funeral Services will be held on TUESDAY February 6, 2018 at 1:30 PM in The All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Road). Interment to follow.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3 - 5 PM in The All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park and on Wednesday from 4 - 7 PM at Brighton Memorial Chapel.
Donations may be made to Temple Emanu-el in Esten's memory.
