Family of Esten ( and Lola) Coen:
Please accept our condolences on the passing of your parents/ grandparents. I am a member of the Jewish group at Linden Knoll apartments, having retired from there some 5+ years ago. I have always enjoyed seeing Esten and Lola when she was with us. Esten's stories and jokes were delightful, and we will miss him at those gatherings.
Sincerely,
Nancy Nurick and
Garry Mount (my spouse)

We never met anyone who didn't love Esten. He was the epitome of a "mentsch". I worked with Esten at Wegman's pharmacy for a number of years and his kindness, sense of humor and wonderful smile brightened every moment of every day with him. He and Lola will be long remembered for being wonderful hosts and gourmets. We loved Esten, one of the finest people we ever knew. Our heartfelt sympathy and condolence to the family and may his memory be a blessing to all who knew him. Burt and Marilyn

Steve, your Dad was one of the first people I got to know at the JCC back in the early-mid 70's...as a volunteer coach (with Neil Norry) on your Bantam team. He was always a kind, peaceful man and a conscientious coach (something not in a large supply) and I enjoyed his presence, and appreciated his effort. May his memory always be a bright blessing for yuo, you family, and all that knew him.
