Jacobs, Jeffrey Alan Passed away, November 24, 2006, at age 50, following a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Irene & Charles Jacobs. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Andrea two sons, Justin & Jarrett sister, Elaine Jacobs (Tenenbaum) many other family members, friends & colleagues too numerous to name. A celebration of Jeff's life will be observed Monday, 6-9 PM at the family's home 90 Pebble Brook Drive in Mendon. Click for Map to House.
