I worked with Hela at Twelve Corners Middle School for many years. She was a fabulous person with a quick wit that always left us in stitches! Hela will be sorely missed by her TCMS family. My condolences to all of her family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss Lipitz family. You were the first family I knew coming to the states. Always had your home open to house. Hila was like a mom to me and I love her very much. She will be missed. She used to teach me math. Because of hernia got 100% on my math final. May she rest of n peace. As for the rest of the family, may you know no more pain. Be strong during the hardest of times. I love you all dearly!!

I teach at TCMS in Brighton. Hela subbed so much in our building, I felt like she was a part of our staff. She was a kindred soul, and you could tell she enjoyed being there. I loved listening about her trips and cruise adventures. She will be truly missed and I feel blessed to have been a small part of her amazing journey.

I worked with Hela at Twelve Corners Middle School for many years. She was such a wonderful and inspiring woman. A few years ago she shared pictures and stories from a recent European trip that I have been able to use in my classroom when teaching students about the Holocaust. We're going to miss her so much.
