I met Florence just four months ago at the Jewish Home. My mom (Rose DeBellis) and your mom always sat at the same table in the dining room for meals. I will miss Florence's sweet smile and soft voice. She was a sweetheart. May the wonderful memories of her give you comfort and peace and bring a smile to your face. My thoughts and sympathy are with you all for your loss. Take care.

I met Florence at Neisner Brothers, in their main office on East Avenue. It my first full time job right out of high school. I remember she always was so understanding and patient with me, when I was learning how to do my job in the secretarial pool. All of us sat at desks in one big area. She was in the accounting department. But she was always happy to help anyone who asked her questions.I will always remember her because she was a sweet, caring and understanding person no matter who she came in contact with, young or old.

Florence was one of the sweetest ladies i have had the honor of knowing. we met each other many years ago through our beloved grandmother Esther Solomon and the ladies in the auxiliary. Florence was one of those special people that we knew seemed like we had known each other forever. jayne & i would see her at times walking with her walker, and sometimes you could find her just sitting & hanging out with her friends & other residents from the home. she touched so many hearts. like so many of our beloved loved ones no longer with us, Florence will be loved and missed and she will stay in our hearts & memories forever. many prayers & thoughts are with her family, and they should know how special she was to so many of us, and how many hearts she touched forever

Florence was a great friend for many, many years to my dear Grandmother, Rebbetzin Esther Solomon. My sister Nancy and I always visited Florence when we were at the Nursing Home to see Gram. She was such a nice lady. We'll miss her. Sorry for your loss.

On behalf of the VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, we extend our sympathy. Florence volunteered over 300 hours at our facility, assisting with Veterans activities. She will be missed.
