Obituary of Jay B. Birnbaum

Pittsford: On January 24, 2017 at age 65. Predeceased by his son, Jonathan M. Birnbaum; parents, Bernard P. & Janice S. Birnbaum. Survived by his loving family, wife, Dr. Ricki Korey Birnbaum; son, Bernard M. (Lisa) Birnbaum; grandchildren, Lucas & Charlotte Birnbaum; sister, Ilene (David) Flaum, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dr. Michael (Shelley) Korey, Barbara (Gerry) Cizek and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held, THURSDAY, January 26th at 1 PM at Temple Beth El (139 Winton Road South). Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. A period of mourning will be observed, THURSDAY, 5-9 PM & FRIDAY 11-4 PM at Irondequoit Country Club (4045 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14618). In lieu of flowers, donations in Jay's memory may be directed to the Jewish Federation of Rochester or Temple Beth El
