Obituary of T'Mahry Axelrod

T'Mahry Axelrod September 19, 2015 after 94 wonderful years. A true Women of Valor. She is predeceased by her husband A. Bernard "Abe"; brother, A. Harvey Stolnitz; sister, Marilyn Aroesty. She is survived by her loving children, Ronald (Lynda) Axelrod, Stuart (Rachel) Axelrod, Harley Axelrod & Hyla (Richard) Mink; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews. T'Mahry attended the University of Michigan & graduated from the University of Rochester. Her first love was taking care of her beloved Abe for 65 years. She was most proud to have been a co-editor of the famous Rochester Hadassah Cookbook. T'Mahry was a docent at the Rochester Memorial Art Gallery; a season ticket holder for the RPO and a long time member of Hadassah, Temple Beth El & Irondequoit Country Club. She will be missed by her family & friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Jewish Home -4 NE for their exceptional loving care. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 11 AM in the Rabbi Abraham Solomon Chapel at Temple Beth El (139 Winton Road S.).Click here for directions to the temple. Interment, Mt.
