We will miss Peter. He was cheerful and we had interesting visits.
Although Peter needed care at the Jewish Home, he was cheerful and pleasant
for visits. It was good to be with him. We will miss him.
Fredda, you had a long loving marriage and did all that was possible for Peter
and may that be a comfort to you. You have a lovely family. Our condolences to you and your family.

I did not know Peter but wish I did. His story and that if his family is incredible. It is a story of strength and resilience beyond belief. It is a story of triumph of good and right over evil. We in Rochester are fortunate to have become his home. He raised an awesome family. May his memory be for a blessing.

Peter always had a smile, a story, and warmth. He was the face of the Jewish Home. He knew almost everyone and they knew him! Peter was so proud of the family he was born into and the family that he and Fredda created. His dedication to history lives on through his children. Telling his story in the funeral home story would be so appreciated by Peter.

Dear Fredda & family, i was so sorry to read about Peter in today's Democrat & Chronicle. We met years ago while my dear beloved Grandmother Esther Solomon was living at the Jewish home and Peter was there too. Peter was friends years ago with my uncle Jonathan Solomon. Fredda, it was always nice seeing you & Peter at the home and talking with you too. So many prayers and thoughts have been with you and i am so very sorry for everyone's loss of such a nice man. Some people touch your heart forever, and like so many of our dear beloved no longer with us, he will be very missed & remembered always.

My sister Nancy and I have known Peter for many years, through our grandmother when she was at the Jewish Home. Peter was a kind and lovely man, and we always stopped to talk with him. He was long-time friends with our uncle Jonathan Solomon growing up. We send our sincere condolences to the family on your loss. He will be missed. Sincerely, Jayne Miller
