I hate that I have to tell the world what you meant to me and I didn't get to tell you myself. I hope, somehow you knew.
Betty was one of my first mentors. My supervisor in my very first full time job! I couldn't have had a better one. She was so good to me (Nick too). So many Saturday bagel and baked eggs together and learning about traditions from both her and Nick. Visits to the beauty shop and her getting me manicures every week so I would have fingernails for my wedding day. And Pepe and Johanna! But that is a whole other story! LOL! Nick!!! She and Nick were both part of my first wedding and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Gosh we have a lot of terrific memories.
I am so glad that Bill got a chance to meet you both so he could see how special and fun you both truly are and what an amazing, loving couple you are. Nick, I am here whenever you need a shoulder. I love you very much.
Heartbroken is inadequate to describe what my heart is feeling. I am so sad for all of us who have lost this piece of light in our lives. God Speed my friend. Say hi to my Mommy and your Daddy and rest well until we meet again.
