Our condolences.
Mel was a friend since we met 45 years ago when I joined the Monroe County district Attorney's Office Appeals bureau where he was my boss. He was a fine appellate advocate and a skilled lawyer, who loved his profession as he loved his family. He was also a sincere friend and a kind human being.
