On November 17, 2010 at age 79. He is survived by his wife, Olga; son, Edward Kotlyar; daughter Diana Loberant-Kaupa; daughter in law, Rufina Kotlyar; son in law, Mike Kaupa; grandchildren, David & Gabriela Kotlyar, Simona & Raphael Loberant; sister, Maria Walter; a niece; many nephews and dear friends.
