Dear Mr. Yudelson, Larry and Miriam: I was so sorry to get your note, Larry, on your mom's Caring Bridge site! She was very special and a very talented writer. I was glad to have known her and that I was able to read her posts. She taught me about living live to the fullest possible, and accepting whatever comes with grace, dignity and good humor. I admire her very much and fondly remember her at our table Shabbos afternoons when she would come visit my mother, a"h, with the other women. It was always good and interesting to talk to her. May she be a melitz yosher for you all, may your wonderful memories of her help you get through this time, and may you only have simchas to share, publicly AND privately from now on.

I (Susie) learned many lessons from BJ that she didn't know she was teaching me. One of those is her dignity, perseverance, good will, and hopefulness despite facing difficulties. Her essence as a human being will always be a part of our consciousness.

I met B.J. when we were kids. Together, we attended NFTY camp at age 15. I always loved and respected B.J. and her family. As a guest in her family's home I always felt welcome. Her father, a successful lawyer, was always gracious. Her mother: a charm.
I remember when B.J. married Julian. He got a good one. I will always cherish my memories of B.J. She was special then and always will be special to me. Please give my condolences to Julian and to B.J.'s sister. All should know just how special she was. Heck, I even knew her real first name! Oh, B.J., you live on in my memory and heart. A stone for your last rest.
