Obituary of Isaak Kobylyanskiy

Isaak Kobylyanskiy Passed away on August 26, 2013 in Rochester NY, USA. Isaak Kobylyanskiy was born in Kiev, Ukraine on January 11, 1923. He joined the battles of the World War II at the age of 19 and fought in front-lines through the Victory. After the War, Isaak got his ME and PhD in Engineering. He worked as a Leading Scientist and Projects Leader through his retirement in 1993; published over a hundred scientific and technical works. Isaak moved to Rochester NY in 1994 where he wrote several articles and books including the renown “From Stalingrad to Pillau”. Isaak was predeceased by his wife Vera. He is survived by his brother Bertoliy, two sons Alexander and Victor, and three grandchildren Anna, Vlad, and Gene. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 1 PM at Brighton Memorial Chapel, 3325 Winton Road South. Click here for directions to the funeral home.
