Obituary of George P. Goodman

June 28, 2016 at age 79. Predeceased by his parents, Nathan & Esther Goodman; sister, Saundra "Sunny" Braitman. Survived by loving wife of 54 years, Ann; devoted children, Brian Goodman & Lisa (Peter) Brillian; adored grandchildren, Nathan, Jocelyn & Tyler; sisters, Blossom (Carl) Voldman & Carol (Martin) Robinson; many nieces, nephews, cousin and friends. George was a Chef at the U of R for over 30 years. He was an Army veteran and proud member and delegate of Union 1199. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11 AM in the Rabbi Abraham Solomon Chapel of Temple Beth El (139 Winton Rd. S.). Interment, Britton Road Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 98 Seminole Way on Friday from 2-4 PM, Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM & Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Donations may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center or National Kidney Foundation in his memory.
