Lea E. Siegel (Forman) June 10, 2016 at age 98. Predeceased by her husband, Benjamin; parents, Samuel & Dora (Musacant) Forman; siblings, Sarah Karchefsky, Anne Forman, Janet Goldstein, Moe & Meyer Forman. Survived by her son, Donald (Donna); grandchildren, Ilene (Peter) Jay & Wendy (Paul) Gdanski; great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Margot, Aaron, Harrison & Aden; many nieces, nephews & dear friends. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 10 AM in Britton Road Cemetery. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday from Noon-8 PM at 157 Maryview Drive in Webster. Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice in Leah's memory.
