Bob had warm heart and a cool head. He helped many people, myself included, when they needed lodging but lacked the necessary resources to pay deposits.
Bob always had an amusing but never denigrating story to tell about his tenants, business associates, and even himself.
It was a pleasure to be his tenant as it is to be his son, Richard's tenant.
