Obituary of Lisa Bronstein Brumberger
July 19, 2018 at age 56, after a long illness. Predeceased by her father, Joseph Bronstein. She is survived by her son, Zachary & his father, Jesse Brumberger; mother & step-father, Marcia Bronstein-Wasserman & Robert Wasserman; twin brother, David (Lisa); step-siblings, Jeffrey (Vicki) Wasserman, Sheryl (Daniel) Jacobson & Brian Wasserman; & many other loving family members & friends.and many other loving family members & friends.
During her lifetime, Lisa was a devoted mother, a talented musician & teacher & a dear friend to many. She loved gardening, games, kayaking, helping others, making & teaching music & being with friends. Her career includes 26 years in music education in East Irondequoit & Penfield Schools, being principal clarinetist for the Perinton Concert Band, & receiving numerous recognition awards for her excellence & musical contributions; in 2008, she received the RPO Music Educator's Award.
The family would also like to thank Sabrina and Jessica for their constant loving care and support.
Funeral Services will be held on SUNDAY, July 22, 2018 at 11:30 AM in the sanctuary of Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Rd. S. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on MONDAY 2-4 PM & TUESDAY 5-7 PM at the Arbor Ridge Club House, 45 Sonoma Drive in Fairport. Donations may be made to the Pluta Cancer Center in her memory.
