Obituary of Jason M. Kaiser
Passed away on December 8, 2017, at the age of 80, surrounded by his family while holding his wife's hand whom he adored. Predeceased by his parents, Abraham and Rosie Kaiser. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sharon (Goldfarb); their children, Aric (Roberta), Patti (Christopher) and Roni Jo (Jonathan); grandchildren, Jordan (Katie), Karlee, Greggory, Malina, Jonah, Jessica and Rachy; sisters, Elaine (Kenneth) and Eileen (Arthur); and many nieces and nephews.
Jason worked hard to provide for his family whom he loved beyond measure. At work he always took the young employees under his wing and encouraged them to strive for more. Jason was a longtime member of the Knights of Pythias where he served as Chancellor many times, as well as Assistant Chief and Deputy Grand Chancellor. Jason was also a Shriner and a 32nd Degree Mason.
The family will have a private Memorial, but will receive visitors while sitting Shiva (the time of mourning) at 30 Baker Street (Baker Street Landing), Apt. 21 on SUNDAY from 4-8 PM and MONDAY & TUESDAY from 4-7 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Double H Camp for Seriously Ill Children c/o Marty Seaman (73 Delafield Drive, Albany, NY 12205) or The Shriner's Transportation Unit (251 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13501).
