What an amazing woman! I was aware of Jeanette's law school venture through my parents; they had purchased a copy of "Grandma Goes to Law School." I love the story of her standing ovation at the graduation and how the family stood out in the crowd wearing their orange tee-shirts... A few years ago I was using the Rochester JCC on a visit there and saw Jeanette working out in the fitness center. I guess staying fit, among other things, enabled her to live to 96... Our families have a long-term connection from the time Dave and my father were classmates at the U of R, then founded Elgeet with Pete Terbuska. The rest is history... I was also interested to learn that Jeanette and Dave made certain you children learned life skills from an early age (e.g. taking turns with meal prep and meal decision-making, the boys and girls alike)... For eight children in a family, ages fifties to seventies to ALL be married must also be a reflection on your upbringing... May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. Sincerely, Susan

Julian, Marjorie and family,
We are very sorry for your loss. Your mother was an inspiration to all of us to persevere
and live your dream no matter your age. I was very happy to have had the privilege of meeting her many years ago. May her memory always be for a blessing.
