Katie and girls,
I am sorry for your loss. No words can take away your tears or pain. Remember all the wonderful memories you have with Bruce. I have known Bruce for close to 25 years. He had always made time to say hello. Greet you with a smile. And always asked how things were going. I would run into Bruce on Park Ave while walking the dogs or I'd bump into him at the bank. I would always ask " how are the girls?" And he would instantly start glowing. He loved all of you so much. I will miss our talks. Although short, I always loved seeing him and catching up. You are all in my thoughts. No that he loves you very much. He will remain in your hearts forever. When you are feeling sad, try to remember something he would say or do to cheer you up.

I worked for and with Bruce long ago on the development of the Douglas road home. He was a pleasure to be around and, in later years when we met on the street his smiles was as sweet as ever.

Deepest sympathies to Kate and all of Bruce's family, and to all who knew him. His loss will be felt by many for a long time. When reflecting on Bruce, I think of his quick, dry wit; of his beautifully executed bronze castings, and as someone always there to lend a helping hand. Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings" will always make me think of Bruce and his quiet, supportive ways.
Visitation
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at 80 Douglas Road.
Service Info
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 11 AM at Brighton Memorial Chapel, Inc. (3325 Winton Rd. S.).
Interment
Temple Beth El section, Range 9 of Mt. Hope Cemetery.
