Donna C. Perlmutter On April 27, 2013 at age 81. Predeceased by her husband, Leonard F. Perlmutter; parents, Charles & Frances Slavitt; brother, Millard Slavitt & son-in-law, Michael J. Krenzer. Survived by her loving children, Susie Krenzer of Scottsville, NY & Dr. Mark Perlmutter of Ann Arbor, MI; grandchildren, Michelle, Lucas & Jacob.
