Obituary of Patricia A. Lerner

Patricia A. Lerner February 14, 2017 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband, Theodore "Ted" Lerner & sister, Margaret Winters. Beloved mother of Judith Lerner, Betsy (James) Nitschke & Amy (David Heller) Lerner, grandmother of Andy & Margot Nitschke. Patricia was born in Kenmore, NY and graduated from Wooster College in 1949. She was a talented artist, and passionate about science and nature. Pat shared many outdoor adventures with her family. She was always serving her community - teaching or helping at school, providing voters with information, researching local history, organizing a book club or just bringing a smile to others. After many years in Williamsville NY, she and Ted moved to Rochester to be closer to grandchildren. Pat's family is grateful for many years of loving care and friendship at Cloverwood, Glenmere and St. Johns Home. Services and Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, Pat would love for you to plant some milkweed for the Monarch butterflies, or make a donation to the St. John's Foundation.
