Dear Bruce and Dorothy,
Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your mother Lillian. We are so sorry for your loss.
Although we met your mother only a few times, we felt as though we knew her well through your anecdotes. I know that she was a fine woman and her absence will be felt by many. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
