Obituary of Sheldon Silverstein

Shel Silverstein Passed away on December 16, 2014 at age 80. Predeceased by his daughter, Karen D'Amico & parents, Morris & Sarah Silverstein. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara; son, Richard (Madelyn) Silverstein; son-in-law, Daniel (Justine) D'Amico; grandchildren, Ryan, Kaleigh & Benjamin; sister, Doris Becker; nieces & nephews. Sheldon was a veteran of the Korean War & an elementary school teacher for 27 years in East Irondequoit. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 10:30 AM in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Rd.). Click here for directions to the cemetery.
