Yoni,
Although we no longer live in Rochester, I have thought so often of you and how it must have been to go through this difficult time. The years I spent leading services with your father were fulfilling and wonderful for me. I will always remember him.

Myself, Austin and Pam extend our condolences to the Herzbruns.
I've never known a spiritual leader quite like Rabbi Herzbrun. He exemplified the Yiddish Proverb: "The wise man, even when he holds his tongue, says more than the fool when he speaks."

Yoni and family,
Rabbi Herzbrun made such a difference in so many lives -- including mine. I so much enjoyed working with him in the collaborations between Emanuel and Etz Chaim. I am truly saddened we never got in the golf game we always promised each other. He will be remembered for good and for blessing; the olam ha ba-ah just became a better place.
