Robert A. Shapiro, Esq. Suddenly on August 15, 2010 at age 67. Predeceased by his parents, Dr. Albert & Minnie Shapiro. Survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Sharetha; children, Randy & Renee; 3 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter; brothers, Norris (Annette) & Dr. Charles (Leslie) Shapiro; 2 nieces & a nephew. Bob was an attorney in Rochester for over 40 years. Family & friends are invited to call on Thursday, August 19, 2010 from 2-4 & 5-7 PM at Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 Winton Road, South). Biography information from Mr. Shapiro's website: Robert A. Shapiro was born in Rochester, New York. He graduated from the State University of NY at Buffalo with a B.A. Degree on May 30, 1965. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree on June 13, 1968. Mr. Shapiro was admitted to practice in the State of New York on June 25, 1969 and in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York on February 8, 1971. Mr. Shapiro maintains an active practice in both civil and criminal litigation in both the Courts of New York State and the Federal Court.
