Obituary of Gavriel Isaac Springut

Gavriel Isaac Springut "Gavi" Funeral Services Recorded On September 10, 2013 at Temple Beth Sholom Passed on September 7 at age 24. Beloved son of Jeffrey and Lyn. Survived by his devoted parents; grandparents, Barbara Springut & Donald Ullrich; aunts and uncles, David & Marcie Ullrich, Robin & Jim Parsons; cousins, Ali and Maddie Parsons; and an amazingly wide circle of friends. Gavi was a kind, sweet, funny & passionate soul who touched & inspired everyone he met. He was never without his infectious smile & good nature. Gavi was a devout Jew, world traveler, Eagle Scout, sports statistician, avid Yankee fan & baseball card collector. A million thank yous to Drs. Jennifer Mulbury, David Korones, Sandy Constine & Jeff Andolina for their expert & loving care, to the many incredibly compassionate doctors, nurses, aides & therapists at Strong Hospital, Monroe Community Hospital Friendship 1 East, & St. Mary’s who cared for Gavi, to the Jewish community & Gavi’s many other friends for their constant prayers & support & to aunt Kathleen Sacco, our rock. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 10 at 10:30 AM at Congregation Beth Sholom, 1161 Monroe Avenue, (click here for a map to Beth Sholom) with burial at Britton Road Cemetery (click here for a map to the cemetery).
