I will always remember your dad and mom fondly, and it seems so sad to me to think that they won't be there anymore at Rosh Hashanah services, where I used to see them both. Your dad was always smiling and friendly, and in the best of spirits. He was always interested in how I and my brothers and sisters were doing, and it was a joy to talk to him. I can't believe that he and my dad went to school and grew up together! Such a loss for all of us to learn of your father's passing. It makes me so sad to see that whole wonderful generation disappear, of which your parents were gems - genuine, humane, and caring individuals - and a true inspiration to all of us and a bright point in our lives.
