Obituary of Solomon Kashtan

Solomon passed away on May 21, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Rochelle (Simsovic); children, Howard (Helen), Michael (Glynnis), Julie (John), Paula (Bill), Robert (Dina); and grandchildren, Sara, Samuel, Justin, Matthew, Evan, Brian, David, Jason, Erin, James, Cory, Maren, Megan and Ryan.

Solomon was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. He completed his undergraduate degree at McGill University and completed his graduate degree at the University of Toronto. Solomon worked with various companies in the Rochester area as an engineer.

Solomon’s graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at 11 AM at Britton Road Cemetery. Rabbi Michael Silbert will be officiating.
