Obituary of Miriam Davis

Miriam Davis December 3, 2015 at age 96. Predeceased by her husband, Marvin L. Davis; sisters, Janet Bruder, Dorothy Fink & Ida Leichtner, brothers, Irving & Harry Weltman. Survived by nieces, Jill (Edgar) Musicus, Natalie Rosen; nephew, Dr. Jeremy (Carol) Leichtner; several great nieces & nephews. Miriam was a graduate of the U of R and was a nurse anesthetist. She worked in NY City at the Memorial Cancer Hospital, now known as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In Rochester, she worked at the Park Ave. Hospital. She was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank Miriam’s personal aide, Alana Jones for her loving care & Lifetime Care Hospice & the Friendly Home for their care & compassion. Graveside Services will be held on Suday, December 6, 2015 at 12:30 PM in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
