Obituary of Jack Schenberg

Jack Schenberg Brighton: April 22, 2008 at age 94. Predeceased by wife, Jeanne; sister, Norma Berger. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Susan Schenberg- Templer & Jeffrey Templer of West Newton, MA, Nancy Schenberg & Nicholas Schriber of NYC; grandchildren, Hannah Donner & partner Karen White Donner, Alexandra & Victoria Templer; great-granddaughter, Isabel Donner; sisters, Sally Berger, Florence Lippman, Belle Pfeffer, Eleanor Dutch; many nieces and nephews. Jack was a well known marketing executive. Prior to retirement, Jack was president of Mobil Consumer Plastics, where he created the Hefty brand. He was a member of the Irondequoit and Birchwood Country Clubs, and a founding member of the Probus Club of Connecticut. The family would like to thank the staff of the Summit and his care givers especially Yolanda Gavin, Sharon Lambert, Julie Hughes & Theresa Peraino. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 1 PM in the Rabbi Abraham Solomon Chapel of Temple Beth El (139 Winton Road S.). Click for a map to the Temple Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
