Obituary of Phyllis Dean

Phyllis C. Dean Passed away on October 13, 2015, at the age of 58. Predeceased by her parents, James and Lola Ford; sisters, Rosemary Ford and Ann Ford; brother, James Ford, Jr. Survived by her husband, George Dean, Sr.; children, Genevieve Dean and George Dean, Jr.; 9 siblings; a loving extended family; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Phyllis lived in Rochester, and worked at Unity Health Systems. Her greatest joy was caring for others. Graveside Services will be held WEDNESDAY, October 14, 2015 at 10 AM in Riverside Cemetery.
