Obituary of Paul Cherkasky

Paul Cherkasky, M.D. Passed away July 16, 2007, at age 67, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by son, Evan and father Hyman Cherkasky. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Peggy; devoted children, Scott & Allyson Cherkasky; grandson, Jacob Evan; mother Doris Cherkasky; sisters, Beverly Troiano, Shirley (Ted) Levy, Carol (Aubey) Dankner, Janet Cherkasky, Hedy Lynn (Richard) Dastyck; brother-in-law, Neil (Nancy) Rapp; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Paul was a Physician who was devoted to his patients and cared deeply about teaching the art of medicine. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday July 20th, 2007 at 11 AM at Temple Sinai (363 Penfield Rd.).
