Karla, I have known Steve since 2007. I served as Steve's coach on a Lean Six Sigma project where I helped him achieve his Green Belt certification. I enjoyed working with Steve. Steve was an intelligent, hard working individual who wasn't afraid to challenge the status quo. Steve would say, "Sometime you need to break some eggs to be a good cook". I remember teasing him when you were expecting. I would tell him get your sleep now 'cause you will be up many times during the night soon. Steve was a good man and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed my many people. My thoughts are with you and your entire family.
