I wish to express my deepest sympathy on your loss. Death is a devastating blow to all. For this reason, our loving heavenly Father does not leave us without hope. He promises that even the anguish of death will be done away with. The Prophet Hosea said: “From the hand of She′ol I shall redeem them; from death I shall recover them. Where are your stings, O Death?” (Hosea 13:14) As you cherish fond memories of Suzan, please find comfort in the resurrection hope based on the Scriptures. I pray that this thought brings relief to your grieving hearts.
