Ilene Lustig (Liberman)

Passed away on March 19, 2018, at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband, Abraham "Sonny" Lustig. Survived by her sons, Douglas (Karen) Lustig, Robert (Caroll) Lustig and Aaron (Heather) Lustig, Kay Liberman; 7 grandchildren, Ben (Michelle), Jason (Carol), Sam (Gabriella), JoEllen, Lindsay, Jennifer (Bradley), Abigail and 4 great-grandchildren, Claire, Alyssa, Austin, Finley; special family and friends, Lil Liberman, Linda Thomsen, Linda Rubens, Michael Haymes & Family, Karen Mertz and staff at the Webster Comfort Care Home as well as the staff at the Jewish Home.

Ilene graduated from Marshall High School and later the Feagin School of Dramatic Art and performed at various theaters in NYC. In 1948 she married Sonny, "the love of her life". During her married years she did extensive volunteering at the Genesee Hospital. In later years she was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother.

Funeral Services will be held on FRIDAY at 10 AM in The All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Road) with interment to follow. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at Irondequoit Country Club (4045 East Avenue). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in Ilene's memory.
