Dear Florence and Robin,
I was saddened to learn of Alfred's recent death age 93. It does sound though as if he had a good long life.
I think of your family often as Jack and Ida are also frequently in my thoughts.I remember the many times you came to Toronto on visits and we came to see you at Ida and Jack's home and we all gorged ourselves on Aunt Ida's special chocolate chip cookies.
John,my husband, and I send our heartfelt condolences to you at this sad time for your family. We hope that a lifetime of shared memories and the support of friends and family will see you though this profound loss..
with love and warm wishes,
elaine

I only got to know Alfred from bingo, but I liked him very much. May G-d comfort you among the mourners of Tzion and Yerushalayim.
