Rochelle Fine (Cantor) "Shelly"
Passed away on January 31, 2015, at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents, Louis & Lillian Cantor. Survived by her loving husband, Dr. Paul Fine; children, Steven (Lynn) & Elizabeth; grandchildren, Quinn, Jenna, Chance & Jordan; brother, Gary (Trudy) Cantor; brother-in-law, Harvey (Barbara) Fine; sisters-in-law, Geraldine & Helen Fine; nieces & nephews, Howard, Barbara, Robert, Marcia, Michael, Melinda, Lori & David; cousin, Virginia Weinstein.
Special thanks to The Gourmet Group, Mort & Maxine, Morty & Annette, Elaine & Seymour, Swapna, Yvonne, Blanche, Louise, Joe & Ellie, Marvin & Brenda, Doris & Marshall, Larry & Inge and many dear friends; and a heartfelt thanks to the staff of The Jewish Home for their care & kindness.
Shelly was the World's Best wife, mother, grandmother & reading teacher, receiving her Masters in Education from Nazareth College. Shelly made the best Gefilte Fish, and was known for her fabulous soups.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 2, 2015 at Temple B’rith Kodesh in The Benjamin Goldstein Chapel located at 2131 Elmwood Avenue in Brighton at 12 NOON. Click here for a map to the Temple.
