I always enjoyed seeing Janet exercising at the JCC. We would talk about Temple Emanuel family e t and perhaps get in a workout. Janet you were a model of positive sacred aging. You will be missed. Thanks for being a great friend to my Aunt Ina.

We knew Janet through the Swain Ski Patrol, and she was fun to have as a member. Good natured and a hard worker. We will all miss her.

I have been friends with Janet for just a few years. We enjoyed playing bridge together,speaking about the bible and Hebrew. She was intelligent, kind,and thoughtful. I will miss her.

I worked with Janet for many years and continued to see her from time to time after her retirement. Janet was always a pleasure to talk to. When I saw her, she frequently had a new section of Torah she was studying. She will be missed.

Visitation

Following the service, the family will receive friends at 150 Brittany Lane in Pittsford on Thursday from 7-9 PM, Friday from 2-4 PM & Saturday from 7-9 PM.

Service Info

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 12:30 PM at Temple Emanu-El (2956 St. Paul Blvd.).
