Obituary of Norman P. Grossman

Passed away peacefully on November 13, 2017, at the age of 78.

Norman cherished the time that he spent with his family and recently moved back to New York in order to be closer to them. He was a proud grandfather, and enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow up. His sense of humor could brighten even the gloomiest of days, and he will be sincerely missed by those that he left behind.

Norm is survived by his brother Gerald (Nancy) Grossman, children Alan (Heather) Grossman, Scott Grossman, Melissa (Rick) Schine, and grandchildren Nicole and Sarah Grossman (mother Valerie Aarne), Benjamin Schine and Hayden Grossman. He also leaves behind several cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Samuel Grossman.

Memorial Service will be held on  FRIDAY November 17, 2017 at 2 PM at Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 Winton Road South).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The University of Rochester Medical Center Neuromedicine Stroke Research Fund in Norm's memory.
