I’m so happy I had the privilege to know Evelyn. Although we weren’t friends all that long we had a wonderful, close relationship. She was the most caring and upbeat person I knew. She always had a welcoming smile and looked on the bright side of things. Instead of complaining about her problems she chose to try to make everyone around her feel comfortable by assuring them she was OK. She was a great role model, friend, and exercise buddy and I will miss her dearly. The family she leaves behind is her living legacy and what a proud legacy it is. I’m sure she is looking down beaming with joy. I’m always here to help you anyway I can. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
