Schwartz, Annette Merkur Brighton: On January 15, 2017 at age 88. Predeceased by her husband, Philip Schwartz. Survived by her 2 daughters, Leslie (Ching Wan Tang) Schwartz & Melissa (Aftab Omer) Schwartz; grandchildren, Emma (Nathanael) Rhodes, Alex (Briana Burckhardt) Tang & Khalil Omer; great-grandchildren, Maylin Rhodes & Trevor Rhodes; siblings, Norman (Sandy - deceased; Barbara Scharf) Merkur & Barbara (Steven) Lind; sister-in-law, Sylvia Raynor; nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be observed, WEDNESDAY, 10 AM at Temple Emanu-El (2956 St. Paul Blvd, Rochester, NY 14617). Interment will be held on Long Island on Thursday. Family & friends are invited to observe Shiva Saturday – Wednesday from 7-9 PM at Leslie's and Ching's home (176 Park Lane, Rochester, 14625). Contributions in Annette's memory may be made to Save the Children.
