I met Dr.Greenberg approx. 12 yrs. ago.There has NEVER been a day where I have not thought of him.He took an angry man and made me normal again.Bless his family.....He will FOREVER be in my thoughts.

I had forgotten Herb and then looked at his photo. I experienced a flood of fond memories. I and the rest of the SWW staff became better teachers as a result of Herb's devotion to kids and his perceptive and challenging comments and questions. Thank you, Herb.

I hadn't seen Herbert since 1960 when my ex husband and I visited him in Rochester. The picture printed in your notice looked just the way I remembered my older cousin except for the fact that his hair was not white!
Jimmy and I remain close and he was the one who notified my. I am the youngest daughter of George Baskind, brother of Rae Greenberg and am very sorry for your loss.

I've known Herb for about 10-12 years and although the last few we were not really in contact, I remember him as a guy who was always nice to see pull up to my shop and was grateful for the help I could give him. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I am very sorry for your loss. I had met Herb only a few times, but everytime he always had a smile. His spirit around him was always positive, kind, giving and loving. Just as your spirit is. That is so wonderful to have found someone that shares the same gifts. I look at his biography and I am pleasantly surprised to what a big family you have! It is great to have that family around you and I send my sympathy to them as well. With much love and support...

Thoughts are with you at this time.
It is only the 2 oldest children who might know that I am the daughter of George Baskind, brother of Rae Greenberg. I last saw You in 1960 when we stopped inRochester on our way out west. I will always remember Herb as my older cousin who came home from the war.
